Locked and Loaded

Well, it's not actually locked, but my flea market booth is completely loaded.  Yesterday I spent several hours taking out the remains of the the Christmas stock and adding a bunch of new stuff...a collection of antique post cards I haven't had the patience to list by themselves, as well as a lot of large items I don't want to pack and ship.  And then there is the odd number of things that I have that were free, usually given to me by people that just wanted me to get rid of it for them.  It's not an antique mall, which I think helps my vintage things stand out a bit more, and also gives me the freedom to put in things that are newer.  I know it looks really crowded, but the way things are going, by next week, many items will be gone and I will need to freshen it up again.  I joined back in April as an experiment, with encouragement from my blogger friend Amy from Into Vintage, and I'm so glad I did.  It's just one of the plates that I really enjoy spinning in my little junque empire.

So glad to hear your Junque Empire is going strong! I only wish I could see it in person as I'd like to dig through the stack of linens under that great midmod table. :-)

Wishing you much love, joy and success in the New Year.

I totally dig that green stool! If it's sturdy I totally would have bought it (and probably painted it red).
