Daylight Savings Time is....

...kicking our bums.

Who thought up this dumb plan anyway?

I agree.

Owen has been getting up at 6:15 a.m. every day since last Sunday.

I guess it's good prep for when the baby comes. Who needs sleep anyway??

we'll just get used to it when they switch it again.

Seriously...why do we all just say it's a different time all of a stupid sheep.

CONGRESS. Why ask any more than that? You should know the answer already....WE ARE SHEEP!!! okay, I'm done with that rant--it's killing us here too but I'm not sure we would have gotten much sleep this week anyways so we are all looking forward to the weekend.

qwpnnmsm---okay, come on, that's just fun to try to say

on the bright side - we DO use less energy with the new time. It light out sooner, so you don't need to use as many lights in the morning to see - same at night since it stays darker longer. At least the time change is environmentally friendly.

on the bright side! ha!
I'm funny.

I like it when it stays light longer--but I do remember it being hard to adjust when my kids were little.

So I live in a Land, Indiana, where DST didn't exist until last April. As ardent as you all (ya'll?) are about this - it's nothing compared to the Hoosier wrath that we experience!

(I've actually heard a guy talk very seriously about impeaching the governor for his terrible idea!)

And it was Benjamin Franklin's idea (National Treasure).
