This is what I have eaten in the last two days....

McDonalds third pounder mushroom and swiss burger
with fries.

cookies ....for breakfast.
Hershey's dark chocolate squares....2 of them.
leftover chicken legs and cornbread casserole.
marinated tomatoes.
cookies.
Popeye's chicken....at 9:30 p.m.

poptarts.

and oh yeah,
wine,
but not with breakfast.

Bless me, for I have sinned.

Aldi's version of Lucky Charms- dissapointing and not satisfying.
Banana bread with ch.chips
grilled ham and cheese, carrots, grapes.
banana bread with ch. chips.
cheese doodles
m and m's
mushroom, bacon and onion pizza (home made).
I think you know what is coming!!! :-)
BTW, HOW do you eat McDonald's w/o soda?? I just couldn't do it...

today:
vanilla yogurt with strawberries and granola and one very heavily sugared and creamed coffee
crackers with sausage and cheese, grapes, and cherries for lunch
crepes and sausage for dinner
and oh yeah - 7 or so cream sodas. Whoops.

Dare I confess?? Today:
Raspberry cake for breakfast
Hot dogs and mac-n-cheese for lunch
Spicy hot wings for dinner (@ 9 pm)
