Shortly after we decided to take Vin to the clinic, my neighbor -a chiropractor- came over to say that he would be at his office soon and that we were welcome to bring Vin there for his x-ray. He only charged us 30 dollars (shew) and it shows no break. He did tell us though, that for kids, hairline fractures sometimes don't show up until a week later when new bone growth begins. He's hurt it twice since then today, but it is probably just a bad bruise.
Shew...the thought of that pool out there and a kid with a cast all summer was almost more than I could take....

I am so glad for you and your boy. X rays amaze me. They give us another glimpse at how creative God is.
yeah, there is something very comforting about seeing his little bones in there...all intact.

can you do like the charmin commerical and just wrap his arm in fluffy toilet paper for awhile?
