Since you can always count on me to be brutally honest about pretty much everything, I will say this: I am not now, nor have I been for some time now, in a "good place." I hope to be in the aforementioned "good place" sometime in the near future and if you so desire, you may pray that I get there soon, but for right now, i will continue to hide behind the cute pictures of my children.
And the superfluous banter.

I feel like I've been living a long time in "not right"
Scary thing is, I'm afraid I'm starting to get accustomed to it and not remember what the other was like.
Hard Times Lyrics
let us pause in life's pleasures and count its many tears
while we all sup sorrow with the poor
there's a song that will linger forever in our ears
oh, hard times come again no more
'tis a song… a sigh of the weary
hard times… hard times come again no more
many days you have lingered around my cabin door
oh… hard times come again no more
while we seek mirth and beauty
and music light and gay
there are frail ones fainting at the door
though their voices are silent
their pleading looks will say
oh, hard times come again no more
'tis a song… a sigh of the weary
hard times... hard times come again no more
many days you have lingered around my cabin door
oh, hard times come again no more
'tis a sigh that is wafted across the troubled wave
'tis a wail that is heard upon the shore
'tis a dirge that is murmured around the lowly grave
oh, hard times come again no more
'tis a song…a sigh of the weary
hard times… hard times come again no more
many days you have lingered around my cabin door
oh, hard times come again no more
oh, hard times come again no more
3. There's pale drooping maiden who foils her life away
With a worn out heart, whose better days are o'er.
Though her voice it would be merry, 'tis sighing all the day,
Oh, hard times, come again no more.
'Tis the song, the sigh of the weary.
Hard times, hard times, come again no more.
Many days you have lingered all around my cabin door.
Oh, hard times, come again no more.
Ness,
I totally understand.
Amber
I thought you all might just understand.
Tammi...I'll say this...at some point it really helps to wake up and throw a royal fit.
Something like my favorite bad translation from a kung-fu movie:
"I am damned unsatisfied to be killed this way."
i wish i knew if there really was a good place and get the map to find it!
