Santa was here...

About 8 o'clock tonight, I was washing pieces of silver to pack up and ship tomorrow and Robb was pacing in front of the Browns -Steeler's game when the doorbell rang.

Robb went to the door while I wiped my hands and tried to guess who it could be. On the stoop was a large wrapped box. Robb ran out into the cold to see if he could see who was out there, but Santa had fled.

Inside the box, (which I actually debated opening, being the goody-goody that I am, but figured it had arrived early for a reason) was another box with a letter from Santa. And some other stuff we really needed. Some parts of Santa's letter made me laugh very hard and some parts...well I cried. Tears of happiness, tears of absolute relief.

So Santa, if you read blogs in your spare time....Thank you.

AND now...Could you make a real Christmas miracle and make the Browns win???

So, what was in the box besides this letter?!?!? Inquiring minds want to know.

Well, it's green and then when you use it, little children get nice things instead of lumps of coal for Christmas.

A maybe there is enough for a little bottle of "Christmas wassail."

HA HA STEELERS WON! Of course, I could kill whoever decided to have a Thursday night game exactly the same time I'm trying to get past the stadium to go to work--45 minutes just on the bridge! crapheads
