Vanessa, Hi!! How are you... i have thought about you often... it gets so crazy around here and i haven't read your blog in a while...summer camps, trips to Mississippi, summer swimming and lessons... Your house is adorable! Loved the colors you chose. How do you like living in Fayetteville? ( I need to come get you and your kiddos and we could go to my friends house and swim if you want?) She lives off of Mission and Crossover? How did your first sunday go? Please tell Robb we said hello. I am going to call you. Oh, and do you count "sandwich night" on the menu? Seems like we have been doing that a lot. Oh, and you know what? I did a roast on the grill the other night and it was so good. I threw it in a ziplock bag for a couple of days in my fridge marinated in garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, some water... put it on the grill until it was just pink on the inside and sliced it up...baked potatos and salad. It took about an hour to grill the roast. Talk to you soon and hope you have a great day!
Cari! My mouth is watering! I've been thinking about you too...things went well on Sunday and we are plannning a family day today of "epic proportions." Call me!

I fried chicken breast yesterday and am going to cut it up in a salad. yum.
How about taco salad: (it's nice and easy!)
Layer pan with tortilla chips
mix melted stick butter w/refired beans and layer on chips
layer cheese on and bake at 375 for half hour
add anything you want on top: tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, lettuse, hamberger, etc.
There's always mac and cheese! (I'm lazy)
Homemade chicken parmesan for my wiffy when she gets home from work, hot and on the table when she walks through the door. I'm a good hubby . . . =)
