yes, not a surprise that it was on the market for one day before getting snatched up. This is the only house we have seen so far that we liked this much.
heading out tonight to see some duplexes to rent...
renting isn't all bad....you don't have to fix anything yourself and you don't have to pay the taxes on it. plus, it's always temporary. THE HOUSE is out there (okay the next THE HOUSE is out there). If it's under contract, is it a totally done deal or is there a chance it could fall through? (in other words, do you want me to use my connections to take care of a guy for you?)
I'm not kidding, he really does have 'connections'..
Which is really starting to make me wander if the people i often find going in the same direction as me "are they really going in the 'same' direction?"

yup. It was on the market just long enough for me to fall in love with it and then get the call that it was spoken for.

my grandfather has a few connections as well, i could have him get in contact with them

It is such a roller coaster...and I think I'm getting to old to ride them. The only thing that feels right now is to throw my hands up and scream!
